Danny is a Harvard Law School, Harvard Divinity School–trained constitutional litigation and appellate attorney, who has worked with Dr. Steven Greer and many others in the UFO disclosure movement. For over five decades, his work as a federal civil rights attorney, author, public speaker, and college and law school professor has helped expose the structural sources of injustice in our country.
In 2023, Danny founded the New Paradigm Institute to help inform the public of the facts surrounding the UFO/UAP phenomenon and to mobilize them to secure full and “Responsible” disclosure of the information about advanced technology and non-human intelligence held “in secret” from the public and even Congress for over 80 years by the Military Industrial Complex.
